Shipwreck

20090626132503_shipwreck

The shipwreck of my desire

Crushed by thunderous waves

Broken on the rocks of solitude

Silent the ebb and flow

That drowns all my hope.

———-

Imprisoned by fractured winds

A sapphire storm raged

Unstable is my mortal frame

The battle roars within

A slave to its fluid treasures

———–

Where is the peaceful shore?

The paradise of glory,

Soft golden sand of eternal touch

A harvest that heals my heart

And floods me in radiant light.
